Ownership

Willbros is a multi-billion-dollar public corporation employed by more than 400 clients in 60+ countries around the globe. A world leader in pipeline engineering and construction, Willbros expanded its business into the downstream oil and gas (refining and petrochemical manufacturing) industry beginning in 2006. Willbros' Downstream Business Unit consists of Integrated Services Company (InServ), LLC (construction, program / project management, manufacturing, TAR and field services) and Wink Engineering (engineering, procurement, surveying).

With the acquisition of Wink Engineering, Willbros Group achieved its corporate strategic objective of comprehensive EPC capabilities in the downstream sector. For Wink, the new corporate structure affords a significant expansion of our client services (EPC as well as specialized capabilities in process heaters, tanks, manufacturing, turnaround, and safety services) and the financial depth and stability of the 100-year-old, globally-recognizable parent company.
